LFT Track Tech: Verizon Moto Z2 Play

Welcome to the new Track Tech! As you may know, I’ve been partnered with Verizon as a “tech blogger” since May of 2014. In that time I’ve normally posted a review of my devices after my demo is complete. More recently, I’ve talked about them on social media and done live updates during my demo. I thought I would combine the best of both worlds by trying a live notebook during each demo, so I can share all the cool discoveries I make about these devices on the daily! This live notebook will be easily accessible at the top of … Continue reading LFT Track Tech: Verizon Moto Z2 Play

Push to Pass Podcast 46 / Verizon Track Tech – Live from Sonoma

Dusty and I recorded this week’s episode with me huffing it around Sonoma Raceway. No shame baby, no shame! Conversation points include a preview of the Go Pro Grand Prix, Hinch’s dancing shoes, my walking shoes, and why this 4G LTE Advanced Network on Verizon makes it possible for us here at Live Full Throttle and over at Slipstream Network to put together the Push to Pass podcast every week. Whether we are recording across the country/on location via phone or using the mobile hotspot for a stable & clear connection when we record via the internet, Verizon allows us … Continue reading Push to Pass Podcast 46 / Verizon Track Tech – Live from Sonoma

Track Tech: Verizon’s LG V10

At first glance, the LG V10 demands your attention. Dare I say, in the Luxe White body with gold metal edging, it also demands your reverence. But do not be intimidated by the build. Sure, it stands out on it’s own in a sea of familiar facade phones, but it is equal portions brain and brawn as it is beauty. I was regularly asked by strangers – in line at the movies, at a concert, lakeside while photographing the sunset – what kind of phone I was using. The initial comments were how stunning it looked in general, but the … Continue reading Track Tech: Verizon’s LG V10

Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ Droid Turbo 2

Upon initial usage of the Droid Turbo 2, I thought, “Wow. This is the perfect size phone.” The 5.4-inch screen was comfortable for one-handed control and typing on the keyboard felt like second nature with ergonomically spaced keys. The lack of lines between the keys enhanced speed and accuracy, making the process of completing long emails or even quick texts, more fluid. The leather backing and gold-metal edges made it sleek and new-age while still feeling steady in my hand and regal to my eyes. What’s great is that if you purchase the Droid Turbo 2, you can use the … Continue reading Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ Droid Turbo 2

Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ Samsung Galaxy Tab S2

The vivid display, the lightweight design, the dependability of the Verizon 4G LTE network, multi-tasking features, and communication options amongst paired devices are just a handful of the selling points for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. We are all attached to our smart devices. More often than not, they are within an arm’s reach or closer to us. Personally, I only have smart phones and an iPod. I really enjoy getting to review tablets since they are outside my usual usage. The most obvious difference with using a tablet over a phone is the size – and it truly does … Continue reading Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ Samsung Galaxy Tab S2

Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ Samsung Note 5

Productivity is the name of the game when Samsung is playing. One of the newest Galaxy phones, the Note 5, is further proof of that statement. The simple yet impressive design of the device allows it to stand out against the competition. The 5.7 inch screen that boasts a Quad HD Super AMOLED display makes a statement of its own, capturing the user’s attention whether watching a new music video, scrolling through pictures from a recent vacation, or just trying to put a schedule together for the upcoming week with the help of Google Calendar, multiple email apps and Verizon … Continue reading Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ Samsung Note 5

It’s that time of year again… the temperatures are falling, the travel is increasing, the family is arriving, and our data plans are nearing their limits… much like our stomachs! But hey, if you can find room for that pumpkin pie at the end of your Thanksgiving night, Verizon can certainly find the room to let you purchase & download your own copy Planes, Trains and Automobiles… and let’s not forget you have pull up that YouTube video of Adam Sandler’s original performance of The Thanksgiving Song on Saturday Night Live to watch with your cousins, just one more time! … Continue reading Track Tech: Verizon Wireless Thanksgetting

Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ LG G4

Sometimes you need a break. A breath of fresh air. A vacation from the monotony. That’s where I was just over a month ago so I decided to take a break from writing for a while. I got back in touch with other things I love to do – traveling for fun instead of work, actually having a social life with friends in the city I live in, and occasionally… just spending an entire day at home, catching up on DVR recordings that had piled up for months, with my dog curled up at the end of the couch. And … Continue reading Track Tech: Verizon Wireless’ LG G4
